    We retain donor contact information for seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes. We retain volunteer information for one (1) year after the volunteer’s last engagement. If we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your information, we will delete it or securely store it until deletion is possible. Parents or legal guardians can text or email us to request deletion of their child’s information.
  7. Security Measures
    We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including using SSL certificates to encrypt data transmissions and limiting access to personal data to authorized staff and volunteers. While we strive to protect your information, no security measure is entirely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will immediately notify all affected individuals, relevant organizations, and law enforcement as required by applicable law.
  8. Children’s Privacy
    We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents or legal guardians registering their children for our programs must complete a permission and release form on a dedicated page of our website. They must be physically present to fill out this form. Parents or guardians may text or email us at any time to request deletion of their child’s personal information.

    Our Site may contain links to external websites or social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
